When another woman offers to trade places in exchange for a promise from Jenny, Jenny believes she's gotten lucky. But Jenny's promise, to deliver the woman's child her father in California, requires more effort and heartache than Jenny anticipates. The woman's family in Mexico want the child dead, and the child's uncle from California is also looking for her to bring her home.
