Phoenix Brotherhood was a series by Gayle Wilson published by the Harlequin Intrigue imprint about a group of men who were formerly part of a top-secret unit within the CIA. It was a continuation of the previous Men Of Mystery and More Men Of Mystery series about other men from this group.
