Book Description

Following her divorce, Nell Dysart takes a job as office manager for McKenna Investigations. She's determined to reorganize, redecorate, and revamp the business but senior partner Gabe McKenna has no intention of allowing any change. Unfortunately she decides to "help" with a case that involves stealing a dog, which only reinforces Gabe's desire to resist the force which is Nell. In addition, Nell discovers that the former secretary was stealing from the agency. Nell has a couple of great friends who provide her much needed moral support during her struggles at the agency and in getting back on her feet.
