Biography
Kelly Parra was a finalist for the 2008 RITA® in the RITA®: Best First Book category for her novel Graffiti Girl. The self-described Mexican-Filipino-Italian writer uses her diverse background to create characters who deal with real-life issues. She makes her home in California.
