The Shepherd's Voice - Out-of-Print
Gabe Talmadge is returning home after spending time in prison for a crime he didn't commit. He collapses en route and is rescued by devout Akira Macauley, who offers him shelter and a job on her sheep farm. Gabe tries to win the forgiveness of his father, but the older man does not yield easily, especially as he believed Gabe murdered his own brother.
