Mary Jo Putney has written many classic romances in the Regency, Historical, and Contemporary (Suspense) arenas. She won the 1990 RITA® in the Regency Category. She also contributed to Dangerous Men and Adventurous Women: Romance Writers on the Appeal of the Romance (1992).
