Background Info

Rachel D. Thompson grew up in Minnesota, where she imagined fairies dancing in secret groves and believed magic to be possible. Her love of writing blossomed when she was ten and wrote her first short story. She continued writing throughout her school years, and of course her favorite class was always English. She finished her first book at seventeen and even though it wasn't much good, she didn't let that deter her from following her dream of becoming a published author. Now that she's had a chance to improve her craft, she's done just that.

She now lives in North Dakota with her husband and the many characters that fill her head. While fantasy is her first love, she's discovered a new love for all things paranormal.
