Biography

Susan Stephens studied music seriously before turning to fiction writing. Though she eventually earned an MA in music, her writing career was secured when she won a chance to be an author for a day with Penny Jordan, who remains a friend and mentor (as well as fellow animal lover). After that day, she wrote several books, and her first published title A Spanish Inheritance was purchased in 2002.

As a Harlequin Presents author, Susan Stephens has published eight titles.
