She has been honored with the RITA award for her titles The Stardust Cowboy and Cowboy Pride. Other titles were RITA finalists. She was a RITA®: Best Contemporary Series finalist in the RITA®: Best Contemporary Series Romance category for her novel Antonides' Forbidden Wife. Anne McAllister was a 2010 RITA® finalist in the RITA®: Contemporary Series Romance category with her novel One-Night Mistress...Convenient Wife.
