Christine was born in Fredericton, NB Canada in 1974. Enamored with books at an early age, she was always found play, reading and occasionally coloring a variety of reading material. She wrote her very first story (and subsequently her first publication in the school creative writing yearbook) in Grade 2. From that point on she would jot down ideas, poems, song and dialogue.

Christine's focuses shifted away from writing. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree, honoring in English Literature, and her Bachelor of Education degree from St. Thomas University. Later, she followed that with her Masters of Education degree from the University of New Brunswick. Christine married her high school sweetheart and went on to start her family.
