Biography

After being told that a career in journalism wasn't for women, Barbara Hannay began teaching English. She discovered romance novels while teaching a class on popular fiction; she discovered that writing a romance and publishing her work takes time and effort.

As an author for Harlequin Romance, Barbara Hannay has published 18 novels. She published one title for the Silhouette Romance imprint.

Barbara Hannay was a 2009 RITA® finalist in the RITA®: Best Contemporary Series Romance category for her novel Adopted: Outback Baby.
