Born shy and retiring, Rayven is the alter-ego of a multi-genre writer, and may have a personality disorder as when writing likes to switch sexualities at will. Rayven, therefore, writes hot m/f erotica, and m/m romance in contemporary settings as well as out of this world in some paranormal, parallel universe, or involving aliens. The author doesn’t flinch if someone uses the word weird or passionate within earshot, and may secretly smile on occasion.

The common raven is easily tamed, but is mischievous and thievish, and has been popularly regarded as a bird of evil omen and mysterious character. [OED]

O.E. also used hræmn, hremm. The raven standard was the flag of the Danish Vikings.
