Georgie York was the beloved teenage costar of America's favorite television sitcom but has found it hard to find the right adult roles and now she finds herself publicly abandoned by her famous husband. To make matters worse she keeps running into Bramwell Shepard, her former costar; his reckless lifestyle caused the sitcom to be canceled leaving him with a reputation of being an unreliable wild man. When they run into each other in Las Vegas, the party scene results in a fake marriage, and a paparazzi free-for-all.
Georgie and Bram decide to make the best of the situation and perhaps to use each other to further their own careers and public image - to show that Georgie is not heartbroken over her ex-husband's defection and Bram is not just a playboy. They come to realize that the electricity between them might make it hard to just be friends, and that maybe they can grown up and find what they really want.
