Book Description
Mary Drayton, raised a lady but now a successsful inn-keeper, and Justin, Lord Hawkridge, an aristocratic artist, seem an 'unsuitable match'. While they are still as apparently unsuitable for each other in the present as they were in the past, they cannot resist the understanding and love they feel for each other. Sensible yet sensitive Mary hopes to foil a villain, and she is assisted by the extremely perceptive and unconventional Justin.
