Toni Blake was born in Kentucky in 1965. At the age of ten, she settled on writing as a career. Years laster, she was nominated for a Pushcart Prize and received the Kentucky Women Writers Fellowship. In addition to writing novel-length fiction, she has published over 40 short stories in a variety of literary journals. In 1999, she was featured as an up and coming writer in the Novel & Short Story Writer's Market. She has also taught writing at Northern Kentucky University.

Toni Blake was born in Kentucky in 1965. At the age of ten, she settled on writing as a career. Years laster, she was nominated for a Pushcart Prize and received the Kentucky Women Writers Fellowship. In addition to writing novel-length fiction, she has published over 40 short stories in a variety of literary journals. In 1999, she was featured as an up and coming writer in the Novel & Short Story Writer's Market. She has also taught writing at Northern Kentucky University.

Blake sold her first three novels to the Precious Gems line in 1998. She sold to Harlequin Temptation in 1999, a line she'd been targeting since reading the work of Jennifer Crusie. As an author for Harlequin Temptation, Toni Blake published three novels.

Blake was a 2008 RITA® finalist in the RITA®: Best Contemporary Single Title category for her novel Tempt Me Tonight, published by Avon Red. Tempt Me Tonight was excerpted in Cosmopolitan magazine in June 2007.

Blake is a member of the Ohio Valley Romance Writers of America, a chapter of the Romance Writers of America and Novelists, Inc..
