I noticed that there are some of these titles which have been used by other authors, e.g. Shattered Vows. How do you make sure that the title as listed here doesn't go to the wrong book? Is there a method for dealing with several books with the same title?

When you list the title you create a hidden version of the title like this:
[[Shattered Vows - Laura V|"Shattered Vows"]]
Before the "pipe" you put the title with the author's name, and then after the pipe you put the title as you want it to show in the list. This would then create a potential new page and link to that new page where the book title shows up with the author's name as part of the page. On the book list page when more than one book has the same title you use the same trick but after the pipe you put a number. See the book page B and listings for the Bartered Bride.
