About The Book

Disaster loomed large for our heroine. With an apartment furnished with lawn chairs and a little black book stuffed with names, Paulette D'Ambrose was in danger of becoming the Holly Golightly of Madison, Wisconsin. Men fought to take her out; no one thought to take her seriously.

Except for Jonathan Day. Paulette's downstairs neighbor put her on a par with tornadoes as a force to be reckoned with. Her all-night parties and impromptu visits had made a shambles out of Jonathan's sober life, and he meant to do something about it. But Jonathan did so at his own peril....
