This time she knew it was no accident. Patricia gazed out at the lake longingly, shifting slightly in her wheelchair. She would have dearly loved to swim ... if only she hadn't been injured in that car accident!  Frustrated, she wheeled closer to the edge of the dock. Her heart skipped a beat as the chair suddenly lurched. She quickly reached down for the brake, but it didn't catch. Had the brake been tampered with?  A sickening sensation swept through her as she was flung out over the water. She looked up for an instant to see the heavy metal chair catapulting over her head....
