Book Description

C.J. Bede had never read Cinderella, but she would have recognized herself as the star. She even had two wicked stepsisters, Karla and Darla Farley. But in this story, when the prince came to town to find a wife, no one was going to keep C.J. away.

With the help of her fairy godmother, C.J. swept into the Firecracker Ball and set the eyes of "Prince" Rowan McKenna afire. While her stepsisters were fuming, she snared the heart of the town's most eligible bachelor.

But then the clock struck midnight....
