Darlene Gardner

Darlene Gardner's first job after she graduated from college was as a features writer at the Charleston Post and Courier in South Carolina. She was 22 years old, a Yankee and couldn't understand why everyone kept calling her ma'am.

She has written for the Superromance, Harlequin Duets, Harlequin Temptation and Silhouette Intimate Moments (now called Silhouette Romantic Suspense) lines.
