Heiress, Honor Witherspoon, comes to Hot Water after hearing all about the small town from Dylan Matthews (First Comes Love) during the time that she had been held hostage by bad guys. Her father decides to buy the town to make sure it continues as a living history experience. At the same time the father buys the high-tech security company of reclusive Bram Bennett, and then bribes Bram and Honor to marry in order to keep Honor safe.
