This book is a collaborative novel. Each of the three Fortune sisters have magical talent which they have been trying to hide in order to keep a low profile in their small town: Dee is a shapeshifter bank teller, Lizzie is currently unemployed and experimenting with transforming objects, and Mare works in a video store although she can move objects.
