Book Description

The killer had struck twice already--eliminating those who could link him to an extensive career of fraud. Abigail Deane is to be his final victim, taking to her grave a secret she doesn't even know she possesses.

Realizing that her life's in danger, Abigail pits her wits against this unknown enemy. She turns to Steve Kramer, a man she believes she can trust. They're drawn into a game of cat and mouse--taking them from the streets of Denver to the wilds of the Rocky Mountains.

With an additional player thrown into the game, the killer must now silence two instead of one. And by working so closely together, Abigail and Steve have become an easy target.
