Biography

Theresa Weir won the 1999 RITA® in the Romantic Suspense category for her novel Cool Shade. She began her publishing career with her debut novel Amazon Lily, a novel that, as noted in an interview with All About Romance, broke all of the rules of romance and was a difficult sale[1]. Weir continued to bump up against the "rules" of the genre but remains a an favorite to this day. She has lived in Iowa and Minnesota.

She published three titles for the Silhouette Romance imprint.

She is currently writing Romantic Suspense under the name Anne Frasier.
