Book Description

As research director of the Association for Honesty in Government, Susan Franks was involved in one of its biggest cases. Various law-enforcement agencies were suspected of circulating false reports on private citizens, and it was Susan's job to present her findings to a congressional subcommittee.

After meeting with Geoffrey Winston, she wasn't sure if they shared a dynamic attraction or if he would use his position as a congressman to undermine the AHG--for he had warned her not to dig too deeply into the matter.

But Susan did investigate further. When the case proved to have international ramifications, she desperately hoped Geoffrey wasn't involved....
