Nicole Foster is the pseudonym for the writing team of Danette Fertig-Thompson and Annette Chartier.
Both journalists, they met while working and the same newspaper and started writing historical romance together after discovering a shared love of the Old West. They now write for Silhouette Special Edition. The books in their current seven-book series, The Brothers of Rancho Pintada, are: Sawyer's Special Delivery (2005), The Rancher's Second Chance (7-2007), What Makes A Family?
