Candace Camp (b. 1949) grew up in Texas in a newspaper family - which explains her love of writing - but she earned a law degree and practised law before making the decision to write full-time. She wrote historical romances for Jove, Harper, Mira and HQN and category romances for the Silhouette Intimate Moments imprint.
