Biography

Even though conventional romance wisdom says that romance novels shouldn't feature sports or heroes who are athletes, Pat White went ahead and made her name writing about wrestlers. Not only did this apparently risky maneuver prove that the "rules" of romance aren't always correct, but her work has been honored in various ways, including a Reviewer’s Choice Award for Best Contemporary Romance from Romantic Times Magazine.

She sold her first novel Practice Makes Mr. Perfect to Silhouette Romance in 2002, and her second, Got a Hold on You to Dorchester. This was the first book in her romantic comedy series set in professional wrestling.

Writing for the Harlequin Intrigue imprint, Pat White has published eight novels. She has also written for Silhouette Nocturne.
