Biography

Belinda Barnes is a native of Oklahoma, though she now makes her home in Texas. She won the 1999 Golden Heart in the "Traditional" category, and later sold that book to Silhouette Romance. As an author for the Silhouette Romance line, Belinda Barnes published three novels.
