About the Book

Maggie Beaumont has terrible luck, including the misfortune of telling everyone she knows that she's met her soul mate...only to discover that he's her new priest. While her identical twin sister has a seemingly perfect life, Maggie has her dog and the family diner. Luckily for Maggie, just when a blind date is turning into another disaster, local lobster fisherman Malone rescues her. And kisses her. And suddenly, Maggie's luck is changing.

Higgins sets her novel in a small town, highlighting the difficulties one has when everyone in town knows your business.
