Debbie Macomber

Biography

Publishing phenomenon Debbie Macomber has written books that have landed her on the New York Times bestseller list. Overcoming dyslexia and the demands of motherhood, she has emerged as a favorite romance author. Recently, she has branched out to the more expansive arena of women's fiction. Her book This Matter Of Marriage was made into a movie for Lifetime.

She is the recipient of a RITA award, a Quill Award, and has been recognized as the 1996-97 Woman of Distinction Award by Soroptimist International of Port Orchard, Washington for her charitable work.

As an author for Harlequin American Romance, Debbie Macomber published one title. Writing for the Harlequin Romance imprint, she has published 24 novels.
