The Romance Writers of America held their 28th RWA Annual Conference in San Francisco, California from July 30 through August 2, 2008 at the San Francisco Marriott in San Francisco, CA. Best-selling author Victoria Alexander was the Keynote Speaker, and Connie Brockway served as the speaker for the Awards Lucheon. Suzanne Brockmann was the 2008 RITA and Golden Heart Awards Ceremony.
