Founded in 1984, Arrow Publications™, LLC was founded in 1984. The company is located in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

In 2003, Arrow Publications began production of online graphic romantic-suspense novellas. These are similar in style to the classic romance comic books of the 1960s and 70s. The company is planning on releasing print versions of the stories in 2007.
