Winners and Finalists of the 2009 P.E.A.R.L. award, chosen by the members of ParaNormalRomance lists as the best books and authors of Paranormal Romance published in 2009. Final voting ran from February 1, 2010 through February 15th, 2010 midnight (Eastern Time). The winners were announced at 8pm ET Sunday, March 21st via Twitter with hashtag #PNRPEARL.
