Enid Joyce Owen Dingwell, née Starr, was born on 1908 in New South Wales, Australia and dead on 2 August 1997. She wrote as Joyce Dingwell and Kate Starr. As an author for Harlequin Romance, Kate Starr published eight novels. Starr is the real name of prolific author Joyce Dingwell. She was born in 1912.
