Biography
As an author for Harlequin Romance, Juliet Armstrong published eleven romance novels. Her novels are cited in an academic study about interracial relations in Anglo-Indian romance novels as they traveled to India and Asia. The study explores the issues of class and how it impacts European travelers, and while Armstrong's work largely reinforced the status quo, the study also cites the work of fellow Mills & Boon author, Alice Eustace, who used her novels to break social taboos.
