I write historical romance because I love the way we can use the historical setting to add drama, escapism, and depth to the emotional experience that is at the heart of every romance novel.

In former years, I worked in various places around the world as a journalist and copyeditor, and traveled to many other places, before settling back down in Victoria, in my native Australia, to focus on writing.
