Virginia Kantra is a six-time Romance Writers of America RITA Award finalist and the winner of numerous writing awards, including the Golden Heart in 1998 (as Virginia Kantra Ritchey), HOLT Medallion, Maggie Award of Excellence and two National Readers' Choice Awards. She is a member of the Heart of Carolina Romance Writers chapter of Romance Writers of America.
