Adding my welcome. I really like how well you've put together your book pages. One suggestion/note. There are extra parameters you can add to the image tag. I added the following to your entries to make the cover a little smaller and on the right hand side:

[[Image:Imagename.jpg|120px|right]]

The 120px makes the cover 120 pixels wide (and scales the height automatically too) and the "right" moves the images to the righthand side. More info can be found at Help:Uploading Images.
