From March 1991 to February 1993 Mills & Boon published one title in the Mills & Boon Romance series as a Starsign Romance, were the hero and/or the heroine were subjected to the characteristics of the astrological signs. In the first year they had a special cover, but in the second year its was a variation of the usual Red Rose style cover.
