Book Description

Abigail married Vasco de Carvalho and let him sweep her off to his plantation in the wilds of Brazil because she couldn't resist him. Not that he was in love with her; he made that abundantly clear. But he needed a wife and the woman he really loved- Abigail's glamorous cousin Della - had just made one selfish demand to many. It was a marriage of convenience for Vasco.   • In Brazilian translation of the book have a two change names. Vasco, the book's male main role, is called Vítor and Della, Abigail's villain cousin, is called Bella.
