Binnie Syril

Binnie Syril, also known as Binnie Syril Braunstein, is a fiction writer and university librarian. She is a member of the Washington DC Romance Writers, a chapter of the Romance Writers of America. In addition to writing novel-length fiction, she has also published short stories and worked a publicist for authors such as Patricia Rice and Leanne Banks.
