Biography

Suzanne Barclay (Carol Backus) passed away on September 15, 1999. She was a bestselling author for Harlequin Historical, specializing in romance set in the Medieval era. Suzanne founded the Lake Country Romance Writers in 1988, and served as the chapter's first president.
