Cathie Linz left a career as a university law librarian to write novel-length fiction. Biography

Cathie Linz left a career as a university law librarian to write novel-length fiction. The Chicago-based Linz has published over 30 books, reaching various bestseller lists in addition to receiving numerous awards. She was recently given an honorary lifetime membership to the Romance Writers of America.

In addition to her writing career, Cathie Linz has served as RWA's Library Liaison, encouraging communication between the romance community and libraries. She also contributed to Dangerous Men and Adventurous Women: Romance Writers on the Appeal of the Romance.

Writing for the Silhouette Romance imprint, she published 12 novels.
