Robyn Donald is the pen name for Robyn Kingston. The author from New Zealand has always lived in Northland, initially on her father's stud diary farm at Warkworth, then in the Bay of Island, where she lives today with her husband. Resigning her teaching position to write romances full time, she spends her time not writing in reading, gardening, travelling and writing letters to keep up with her two adult children and her friends.

Together with Daphne Clair, she wrote the guide Writing The Romantic Novel. She also contributed to the Dangerous Men And Adventurous Women: Romance Writers on the Appeal of the Romance collection.

Robyn Donald writes for the various Mills & Boon Romance imprints. In North America her novels are mostly published in the Harlequin Presents line.
