Winners and Finalists of the 2006 P.E.A.R.L. award, chosen by the members of ParaNormalRomance lists as the best books and authors of Paranormal Romance published in 2006. Final voting ran from February 1, 2007 through February 14th, 2007 midnight (Eastern Time).
