FAQs about my writing

Why Multi-Cultural and Inter-Racial?

When I was younger I read countless books and stories that didn’t have many characters of color (non-white) characters. I used to “picture and portray” the heroine and her friends as little brown-skinned, caramel toned girls. Because as a reader, I want my stories to reflect the diversity of this world we live in. I want my characters to reflect me, my family and friends.

How would I describe my books?

My books are about the journey of relationships between two people be they heterosexual or homosexual and the ups & downs, triumphs and tragedies that threaten to tear them apart but only brings them closer. Sometimes that journey is erotic in nature but not just from a sexual standpoint. Because for a relationship to succeed, at least in my opinion, there has to be some level of intimacy and the closer you get to people, the more comfortable you become with them, especially on an intimate level, you can see how the interaction and intimacy changes and enhances the relationship, makes them stronger, helps build a bond.
