Max Bhagat is the legendary FBI hostage negotiator who first met Gina Vitagliano in Over the Edge, when she was held hostage on a hijacked plane. When they discover that Gina and Molly have been kipnapped by terrorists/drug lords, Max, Grady and Jules go on the hunt to get them back.
