Caroline Anderson

Caroline Anderson has the mind of a butterfly. Her nursing career was brought to an abrupt halt by a back injury, but her interest in medical things led her to work first as medical secretary, and then, after completing her teacher training, as a lecturer in medical office practice to trainee medical secretaries. In addition to writing she has her own soft-furnishing business from her home in rural Suffolk. She says,

I was looking for that elusive something. I finally realised it was variety, and now I have it in abundance. Every book brings new horizons and new friends, and in between books I have learned to be a juggler. My teacher husband John and I have two beautiful daughters, Sarah and Hannah, umpteen pets and several acres of Suffolk that nature tries to reclaim every time we turn our backs!

In the name of research she subjected herself to go up in a microlight - all for the sake of authenticity - a mistake she won't repeat! Accordingly her heroine of Just Say Yes! wasn't much in favour of that, either!

At Mills & Boon Caroline Anderson writes for the various Romance imprints and the Medical Romance imprint and published her 75th novel in 2008. Her titles are released in the Harlequin Medical Romance, Harlequin Romance and Silhouette Romance imprints in North America.
