Biography
As an author for Silhouette Romance, Madelyn Dohrn published one novel. Dohrn was a writing team comprised of Mary DeVore and Joan Dornbusch[1]. DeVore, also known by her real name Mary Anderson, was a 1958 graduate of Tolleson Union High School in Arizona[2]. Dornbusch earned her master's degree in English from Miami University in Ohio and taught English, meeting her co-author while working at the Ohio Northern University Communication Skills Department.
As Madelyn Dohrn, the two reportedly wrote the first romance novel published in Southeast Asia[3].
